Alliance Indonesia (Alindo Dewata Tours) is a registered Destination Management Company based in Denpasar, Bali.
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all bookings made directly with Alliance Indonesia or through authorized travel agents and partners.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made in writing by email or through our official website.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive a written confirmation and the required deposit.
Full payment details, itinerary, and travel documents will be provided once the booking is finalized.
2. Payment Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to secure your booking.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the program.
For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or other approved methods specified in our invoice.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before arrival: deposit is refundable minus administrative fee.
- 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
Some hotels, airlines, and suppliers may have stricter policies that override these terms.
4. Changes and Modifications
Alliance Indonesia will make every effort to accommodate changes after confirmation.
However, modifications are subject to availability and additional costs.
Significant changes made by the client may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
5. Travel Documents and Responsibility
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel permits.
Alliance Indonesia will not be held liable for losses due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
We recommend checking all entry requirements before departure.
6. Insurance
All travelers are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, accident, and loss of belongings.
Alliance Indonesia is not responsible for any costs related to accidents, injuries, or damages beyond our control.
7. Liability
Alliance Indonesia acts as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and local suppliers.
We carefully select our partners but do not own or control them.
Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for accidents, delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Force Majeure
Alliance Indonesia shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control.
These include but are not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political instability, strikes, health emergencies, or government regulations.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize impact and offer alternative solutions.
9. Health and Safety
Clients must ensure they are physically fit to participate in the selected tours and activities.
Some programs may involve moderate physical effort, altitude changes, or outdoor conditions.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary needs before booking.
10. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaint must be reported immediately to our representative or guide during the trip so that corrective action can be taken.
If unresolved on-site, written complaints should be submitted within 15 days after completion of the tour.
Disputes shall be settled amicably whenever possible.
If legal action is required, Indonesian law will apply, and jurisdiction will be in Denpasar, Bali.
11. Privacy Policy
Alliance Indonesia respects your privacy.
Personal information collected for bookings will only be used for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Updates to Terms
Alliance Indonesia reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The version published on our official website at the time of booking will apply.
