Contingency management

NB 1 - In the event of unforeseen circumstances, one or more of the planned accommodations may be replaced by other establishments of an equivalent category, offering a similar level of comfort.

NB 2 - Some activities may be rescheduled depending on local conditions (weather, fuel shortages, travel times, religious holidays, ceremonies, mourning periods, etc.). In all cases, activities will be replaced by appropriate alternatives if they cannot be carried out as planned.

NB 3 - Flight or ship delays: Rest assured that, in all cases, we are doing everything possible to guarantee your welcome on arrival and ensure the smooth continuation of your stay, whether in Bali or on the other islands, in collaboration with our local partners. Your comfort and peace of mind remain our priority.

All these adjustments, dictated by the realities on the ground, cannot be the subject of any claim or give rise to any dispute or refund.

Our cancellation policy

High season

From June to September and during the Christmas–New Year period

90–60 days before arrival: 10%

59–45 days before arrival: 15%

44–30 days before arrival: 30%

29–15 days before arrival: 60%

14–00 days prior to arrival: 100%

Low season

From October to May, except for the Christmas and New Year period

60–45 days before arrival: 10%

44–30 days before arrival: 20%

29–15 days before arrival: 40%

14–8 days prior to arrival: 60%

7–0 days prior to arrival: 100%

Cancellation and important information

In case of cancellation after confirmation of the reservation, even if it is not made within the specified time frame in accordance with the terms and conditions, an automatic cancellation fee of €100 per person will be charged. It is recommended that you check the specific cancellation conditions for your reservation to avoid unexpected charges.

Booking conditions

Villas : A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.

Flight tickets : A 100% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

For group bookings : A 30% non-refundable deposit is also required at the time of booking.

Any services not included in the program must be paid for directly by the customer. Be sure to bring extra funds for personal expenses and optional activities.
